Here we go gang. Another workout project. A few friends and I are starting the P90X workout system. This thing is a bitch. But it can be done. We will complete this. Yesterday was chest and back. Today, Plyometrics. This thing is a killer. There is a diet that goes with it. Up to 3000 calories a day. You have to feed the machine. That's exactly what I'm doing right now. Tomorrow, arms.
